Standing at peak of the Lingyun Mountain
倾身俯瞰，万家灯火、远水流长

A Night Visit to the Intersection of Three Rivers
携一份憧憬，夜观水上巨佛
Let’s set out on a night tour for sightseeing the Giant Buddha
江水潺潺，推岸而去
Rivers are flowing forward in between the banks
一声佛号，群山便在光影之中慢慢醒来
Sutra chanting awakens mountains amidst the lights and shadows
青烟袅袅，梵音微妙
Amongst the blue smoke and lingering prayers
一句禅语，金莲便在水面之上缓缓绽放
The golden lotuses slowly blossom in the water with the Buddhist quotations
法鼓声声，惊动幻梦
With the rhythmic drum beats,
一道金光，大佛真身便在众生面前显现
The Giant Buddha presents in front of the masses in the golden light
大江东去，佛法西来
While rivers flow eastward, Buddhist is brought to China from the west
万物生灵禅定，心中溢满莲香
Everyone feels calmed in sight of the Buddha amidst lotuses
蓦然回首
Suddenly turning around
巨型睡佛横亘天地之间
We behold a gigantic Buddha sleeping under the sky
月光皎洁
The brilliant moonlight
映衬出“佛中有佛”之奇观
Spotlights the miraculous “Buddha in Buddha”
光影婆娑
In the dancing lights and shadows
嘉州古城如凤凰展翅欲飞

夕阳西下，华灯初上
When the evening lights are lit against the setting sun,
伴着跳跃的烟火

All that is in sight is all that in desire
逐一品尝都得三天三夜
