事故就这么发生了
1 月22 日下午 ，黄某某驾驶 轿车在我市紫薇路某小区路口 由南向北左转弯时，丝毫未减速，一头怼上了正在沿紫薇路由东向西行驶的轿车 ，造成两车受损。
经调查，黄某某驾驶轿车通过事发路口时，未让在道路内正常行驶的车辆先通行。故黄某某负 全部责任 ；轿车驾驶人管某某 无责任。
