近日，潘集区平圩镇自然资源和规划所在巡查中发现，
该镇刘巷村村民刘某在龚集村境内顾高新河北侧耕地上建沼气池、豆腐房及在建大棚，占地约5亩。
平圩所工作人员现场告知当事人立即停止建设，并及时上报市自然资源和规划局潘集分局和平圩镇镇政府。
